Garzini is specialized in designing leather wallets. They're knoiwn for their ultimate compactness without losing any volume. Their system is designed to adapt the size of the pockets based on the volume. The leather of the Garzini wallets is also very natural with a minimal completion.
Garzini werkte in het verleden met twee verschillende programma's waarbij ze er steeds voor moesten zorgen dat alle informatie die in het ene programma toegevoegd werd, ook toegevoegd werd in het andere systeem. Dit omslachtige proces zorgde voor veel extra werk en de foutenmarge werd hierdoor ook vergroot.
One system was only used for the follow-up of clients. The second system was used to create orders and invoices which wasn't connected with their CRM. Stock management on the other hand was possible in neither of these software systems or waslimited to an absolute minimum. As a result, a manual follow-up became very important.
Daarom was het op vlak van stock nodig om een beter overzicht te verkrijgen van de huidige stock en de verwachte goederen.
Door de groei van het bedrijf en de nood aan een efficiëntere opvolging van leveringen, huidige en toekomstige voorraad en facturatie werd duidelijk dat Garzini op zoek moest naar een geïntegreerde toepassing die hen een volledig overzicht kan geven van de business.
Despite the lockdown, we went through with the implementation of Odoo Enterprise. Due to this, they had the time needed to clean up their product data before starting with their new ERP system. Client and supplier data passed through a profound selection too.
They had to get used to the new way of working, but in fact all employees were soon able to finish a client order and to complete the invoicingflow. If there were any questions, they could always rely on Accomodata for some expert advice.
They use Odoo for CRM follow-up, sales orders, purchase orders, stock management and invoicing as well. In the process of picking the goods in their warehouse and receiving these goods, they use the barcode interface. Doing so, they can minimize mistakes regarding incoming and outgoing deliveries and lose lss time above all.
Odoo biedt het grote voordeel dat de stock makkelijk te monitoren is. Garzini verkoopt hun goederen op de internationale markt, wat betekent dat ze verschillende locaties hebben van waaruit goederen geleverd kunnen worden. Vandaag hebben ze een overzicht van het aantal stuks per product op elke locatie. Indien nodig kunnen ze zonder veel administratieve rompslomp een transfer maken van het ene naar het andere magazijn.
De overgang naar Odoo Enterprise bracht ook een volledige traceerbaarheid van hun bestellingen met zich mee. Garzini maakt een bestelling aan en ze krijgen onmiddellijk een beeld van de aanwezige stock. Een de levering voltooid is, maken ze de factuur aan en versturen die naar de klant.
On this very moment we use all Odoo modules needed to simplify our business processes.The next step is to use the client portal which will allow our foreign agents to input all of their orders through the webshop. This means that our collaborators win some extra time which allows them to deliver even more qualitative work.
